It's very effective when used as intended.

I've only had a chance to use it once so far. I noticed why people think this isn't very effective. You need a proper seal. The suction is very strong. It's enough that you need to be very aware while you use it. But if there is any gap around the entrance of the cup, then it won't be able to make a proper vacuum. It's very effective at making a vacuum. It's enough that it can put a lot of stress on your body if you aren't careful. It has to be one the most intense experiences I've ever had. It may even be too much for some people. It's just about what I would want though. I didn't see much appeal in the cups until I used this attachment. Now this is enough to be like a special treat for me once in a while.
