Shipping and Delivery

All orders from TENGA STORE USA will be shipped out in a discreet brown box. No TENGA branding or logo will be visible on the box itself. The return addressee on the shipping label will be shown as "TENGA USA INC."
After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation notification.
Orders that are placed before 12:00pm will be prepared and/or fulfilled on the same day. Orders that are placed after the cut-off time will be fulfilled the following business day. Please note that no orders are dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays.
Once dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notification including your tracking number.
Keep in mind that once the order is confirmed, there is a 90 minute window where orders can be changed or canceled. If there are any changes (address, name etc) after this time, please reach out to your carrier directly. Cancellations can not be made after this 90 minute window. If delivery is rejected, you will be charged for the return shipping costs. See our returns and refunds page for more information.
Please note that inclement weather, accidents, disasters, high order volume, etc. can affect delivery times.

* Only available for customers residing in the Mainland U.S.A. Expedited Shipping refers to 2 business days after the order is placed.
** Duties, taxes and customs fees are calculated and payable, along with the Shipping Fee, at checkout in Canadian Dollars. Customers are responsible for paying these fees. Canadian Dollar amount is converted from US Dollars using the day rate.
Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country and are collected at checkout. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold - if it exists - for goods imported into the destination country. TENGA STORE USA has no control over this system, and payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient. Please note that any duties and import taxes paid are exempt from refund from TENGA STORE USA as per our Refund Policy.

Please note that we are unable to fulfill requests for specific delivery partners. Orders shipped to carrier-specific pickup locations (for example, UPS Access Points, CVS, Staples, etc.) may not be supported depending on the carrier nominated for your order and are made at your own risk.

Depending on shipping destination and stock availability, orders are dispatched from one of our warehouses in Torrance, CA, Rancho Dominguez, CA, Fort Worth, TX, and Dayton, NJ.
Due to stock availability, your order might be shipped from separate warehouses resulting in two different shipments. No additional shipping charges will occur in this case.
Please note that no orders are dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays.

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email. Using this number, you can track your parcel. If your order was shipped with a major carrier, track your package using the corresponding link below:
Cancellations or changes (including address changes) can be made within 90 minutes after the order is placed. If there are any changes in your order after the 90 minute window, please get in touch with our support team regarding the contents of your order, or with the carrier regarding your delivery information.
No cancellations are possible after the 90 minute window.
A $25.00 charge for redirected packages may be applied to your credit card when incorrect or incomplete addresses are provided.
Guarantees also do not apply when incorrect or incomplete addresses are given.
The level of support we are able to offer depends on whether you insured your package with Route Package Protection at Checkout.
To check if you added Package Protection to your order, check your order confirmation email, or log into your account, click on the order in question and look for "Shipping Protection by Route" in the itemized list.
If you added Route Package Protection at Checkout
You're in luck!
Please file a claim directly to Route through the Route Claims Portal. Claims are reviewed within 1-2 business days, and if your claim is successful, you have the choice to have your order reordered or refunded.
Refunds: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal, shipping, and taxes, however the Route premium cost will not be refunded.
Reorders: Route will reorder the items, depending on in-stock availability. Unavailable items will be refunded. Route will cover the cost of any reorders including shipping, taxes, and Route Shipping Protection.

Unfortunately, we may be limited in our ability to refund or reship orders in certain situations. Please inquire here for further assistance.
Route Package Protection is a package protection solution that helps cover your order in the event that your order gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. The service is opt-in only, for customers who prefer the peace of mind that their order will be covered in cases of loss, theft, or damage during delivery. Package Protection can be added during checkout for a small fee.
