Not so great this time around

I've always liked the Mild lotion, but had a couple issues with it this time. The bottle redesign may have led to some leaking out into the cap during shipping creating a mess to clean up before I could use it. That said I've had at least one bottle of the old design do similar in shipping.

Also the new nozzle is weird, it actually makes it more difficult to use(ie. putting a bead of it around an entrance) than the old style and I'm not sure if it's the nozzle or the lube that is making it come out of it almost chunky from how thick it is. I've used their Mild lotion for years and it never came out in such a thick almost chunky manner...it's thick enough in use too that it has me questioning if they reformulated it.

It retains 3 stars because I know I've preferred their Mild lotion before, and I'm guessing that a part of the bottle redesign is a plastic that handles squeezing better which was often an issue as the bottle got low after being squeezed plenty.
