It feels like the same "wild" solution as before. I like being able to use refills, but the anti slurp back valve they advertise doesn't seem to do anything, so still expect to correct for that when you use it. The wider tip makes it easier to use more than expected if you're used to the older design too, so the only good difference is the refill option.
