iroha+ KUSHI

I really enjoy this super soft palm toy for its versatility, texture and vibration. I use this toy for both its pinpointed vibration capability and its unlimited grinding possibilities. Its smooth ridges and size provide just what I need in a vibrating palm toy that I can press down on and feel the soft vibrating squish.

The range of vibration provides a lot of variety with 5 levels of intensity and I found that I even enjoyed the patterns when I used the full surface of the toy.

It’s pretty (beautiful pale yellow color and shape) and fairly quiet and can provide a bit of variety to the user. Definitely a go-to in my pleasure toolkit.

Always been a fan of iroha products, so I'm super excited to have the opportunity to review the iroha+ kushi in Nadeshiko pink!

Texture: Iroha's body safe silicone has always been a pleasure to feel but with the iroha+ it's even softer! In addition to the silicone, the kushi has a squish to it making it great to press against your body. The textured folds on the kushi also provide another layer of interesting texture. I wouldn't say it does particularly much for me, but I do like that there is an option for a different sensation if you wanted to switch it up. Also my cat hair hasn't been sticking to it like crazy so that's a HUGE plus.
Aesthetics: The new color, Nadeshiko pink, is SUCH a pretty shade of pink. The kushi kind of looks like a hedgehog and could totally pass off for a stress ball or something, thanks to the squishy silicone texture. I love that iroha products are always super discreet. One thing, however, is that the new iroha+ line does not use the charging case anymore so you can't "display" it. Not a big deal and honestly with the new charging cable attaching magnetically directly under it, you could probably get away with saying it's a night lamp.
Vibration: The important part! I own the iroha Rin+ and always thought it was a little weaker compared to other vibrators, so I was very delighted to find that the kushi has a GREAT range of vibration strength. The maximum strength (5) is like numbing strong lmao, so I'm sure this will suit a wide range of users :) I also love the new vibration patterns that was added. I'm normally not for vibration patterns and prefer the constant settings, but I really loved pulse 3! It's a great enticing pattern that I feel doesn't just leave me hanging on the lower end of the vibration. You can use the tip for a more localized vibration or the entire body of it for a more distributed vibration. Both are really nice!
Sound: The lower settings on the kushi are super silent. For the lower two settings I honestly can't hear it over the ambient noise in my house. As for the stronger settings, it's definitely audible within the room but definitely not from another room.

Overall, really great external vibe. Super cute and discreet and would make a great first vibrator. Has a great range of vibration and utility so you don't get bored of it over time. Definitely give it a try!

I also appreciate that it's not super loud. I have had other vibrators from other companies that are not quiet. You can hear this one for sure on the highest vibration, but it's still not as loud as others I have used.

I used to LOVE the Kushi. This was my third time purchasing it because I loved it so much. But they’ve made some substantial changes since I last bought it, and the new vibrator is really disappointing. Motor is FAR less powerful. I have to take it up to max just to get to level 1 on the old toy. The new toy has way fewer ribs, lessening the really great textural experience. They removed the two buttons that let you move through vibrations/patterns by going up or down. Now, you can only cycle up and have to go through all the powers to get to the third pattern (so like 8 steps instead of 1). Lastly, they changed the charger away from the universal mini usb. Now you need a special cable. Honestly, disappointed I spent the money on this.

I was doubtful of this toy and quickly disproven after using it one time. I enjoy external stimulation especially clitoral stroking with some firm pressure. This toy delivers that with additional stimulation from firm squishy ridges. I barely get past the first speed level before climaxing. I climax under two minutes using this toy. The Iroha Zen seems like a comparable model in terms of its external focus and stimulating texture. I think this would be a great couple's toy. I can hold the toy with relative ease. The low rumble also makes it easy to hold in my hand for longer periods of time (when I pace myself). As a sex educator who is constantly holding vibrators I find it notable that this vibration does not irritate after holding it for more than 20 seconds. I will close with a brief aesthetic review. It is true to photos. I find it quite attractive and discrete. The charging case keeps the toy clean and offers some deceiving packaging. My roommates thought this was a sculpture! I think it looks a bit like concha bread which is super tasty. I'd say this is an enticing toy for me. I would recommend it (and have) to friends or customers.

Great little vibrator me and my wife love it and all of its settings

I was hoping this toy would be great for my finicky anatomy and troublesome finger joints due to its shape and size. Unfortunately it's just not enough to get me where I want to go. The size is a little small for my hands which means my fingers are more curled than I'd like and the vibrations are just insufficiently stimulating. I haven't had any trouble with the charging (yet) and the toy is fun as part of other activities but for solo play it's not worth it. My $35 winged vibe is only slightly worse for my hands and much better for my bits.

I've found however after about a year of using it that the silicone on the outside has loosened and pulled away from the seal around the buttons a bit. Got this as a gift from the hubby and after a dozen or so uses with 3 charges or so it's dead. Wont charge and have tried 4 different cables. Wont turn on nothing. I imagine since it's been over a year the company won't do anything or let me buy a new charging station to see if it helps. But before it died loved it! The power that this little thing has is amazing and its discrete!
