Died due to water damage :(

Loved this product, however unfortunately not too sure how waterproof/resistant it is as mine died due to water damage.

Hey K.H.! We are sorry that you had trouble with your product. This product is waterproof, but it is advised to be closed securely before washing so the water doesn't get to the battery. If you believe that the product is defective please contact us here: https://usstore.iroha-tenga.com/pages/customer-support

More than pleased

I was first introduced to these products 4 years ago in Japan and was very happy to find I could get them in the states. I'll always buy from Tenga. Great quality and very affordable. Discreet packaging and name is a huge plus.
