Cancellation policy

We offer some of our products as subscriptions. This policy lays out how our subscription program works, how bundles may change, and how you can modify or cancel your purchases.

How Subscriptions Work

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.

Secure Payments: Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Auto-Renewal: Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew, you can cancel it according to the terms below.
Bundle Conversions: Please note that certain subscription bundles may automatically convert to a different bundle after your first delivery. These products will be clearly marked on the product page before your order, as well as in the line item details in your cart and at checkout.

Cancellation Policy

While we like to keep things flexible, cancellation terms vary depending on the product you choose:

Standard Subscriptions: Many of our products can be canceled at any time.
Minimum Commitment Subscriptions: Some subscription offers can only be canceled after your second (2nd) delivery. Any product with this requirement will be clearly marked on the product page before you add to cart, and will require your express consent at checkout before finalizing your order.
California Residents Exception: If your billing or shipping address is located in California, you may cancel your subscription at any time, regardless of any minimum delivery commitments.

Managing Your Subscription

You have full control over your deliveries. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Page. Additionally, your order confirmation emails contain direct links to your order details where you can also manage your subscription.
