Planned Holiday Closures

Our warehouse will be closed for the holidays on December 25, December 31 and January 1. Orders received during on these dates will not be dispatched until the next following business day.

Due to ongoing Canada Post strikes, in order to maintain our high levels of service TENGA STORE USA will be dispatching all orders to Canada via UPS for the foreseeable future.

Please rest assured that regular shipping times and order deadlines for the Holiday Season will not be affected.

However, due to the change in carrier, additional fees may be incurred when receiving your package.

Discreet Box Badge

All orders from TENGA STORE USA will be shipped out in a discreet brown box. No TENGA branding or logo will be visible on the box itself. The return addressee on the shipping label will be shown as "TENGA USA INC."

Order Processing

After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation notification.

Orders are processed within 36 hours from receipt, during working hours (10:00 am - 4:00 pm PST), or the following working day. Please note that no orders are dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays.

Once dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notification including your tracking number.

Please note that inclement weather, accidents, disasters, high order volume, etc. can affect delivery times.

Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country and are collected at the time of delivery. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold - if it exists - for goods imported into the destination country. TENGA STORE USA has no control over this system, and payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient.

Yes, please get in touch with our support team. Be sure to provide current and accurate shipping address information to ensure proper delivery and to avoid delays with your order.

A $25.00 charge for redirected packages may be applied to your credit card when incorrect or incomplete addresses are provided.

Guarantees also do not apply when incorrect or incomplete addresses are given.

What happens when my parcel is lost or damaged in transit?

If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please get in touch with our support team within 60 days of the product's dispatch.

* If the delivery issue has exceeded 60 days from purchase, we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement.

UPS Investigations (if applicable)

Please note that UPS investigations usually take approximately 2 - 3 working weeks. Upon the completion of the lost package investigation, you can choose to receive a replacement or a refund for your order.
