The TENGA CUPs are designed solely for one-time, disposable use. They should be discarded after use. With concerns to hygiene, we do not recommend using the CUP more than once, regardless of ejaculation.

U.S. stands for Ultra Size - the U.S. TENGA is larger than the standard TENGA CUPs. While they do allow for those up to 18cm to insert fully (compared to the standard 15cm), the U.S. TENGA also offers much stronger suction than the standard cup, regardless of the user's size.

SD stands for Super Direct - the SD TENGA is shorter than the standard TENGA CUPs. It can be enjoyed by people of all sizes, as it is designed to provide direct stimulation at the tip, regardless of overall size.
