Great texture, terrible condition

I got this in my quarterly subscription box.
I will say the texture was good, but I couldn't properly experience it as the toy tore as I was putting my dick in. I had even pre-lubed my dick, but the toy tore where the hard plastic meets the fun part, eliminating any suction the toy had. Immensely disappointed, as I'm getting several toys that break easily or are already broken
